‘What is in these supplements? I’m smiling like I’m in love! At this hour of the morning, that’s unheard of . . .
That was a text message I sent to Margaret just a few days after I had a nutritional consultation with her. I consider myself a fairly healthy individual, but had recently been injured in a car accident and prior to that had been experiencing an overall decrease in energy that did not seem right for someone who was 29 years old.
