What is Eating Naked?

Eating Naked is a way of eating that is delicious, fun, simple and best of all, will make you look and feel great naked.

Eating naked is eating without the extras:

  • food that’s whole, unrefined, and often comes unpackaged
  • food that’s grown naturally: organic, without the pesticides, herbicides and other chemicals and processes used to store and transport it
  • food that’s fresh, without artificial preservatives
  • food that’s grown locally, without all the extra transportation miles and associated costs
  • food that’s prepared minimally, cooking without lots of extra sauces, additives, and unhealthy fats in a way that’s simple, fast and fun
