NTP Business Class Refund Policy

As a general rule, I’m not a believer in refund policies. I feel tremendously confident in the value of the products and classes I offer, and have seen amazing results time and again from participants who truly apply what they learn. That said, we’re opening registration for our fall class very early, and sometimes life happens – I don’t want to penalize you for making the early investment.

With that context, here are the policies I offer:

1) Online Self-Study Version – NO refunds.

2) LIVE Class, starting November 2012 – If you need to cancel your registration and do so before the start date of class (exact date will be announced in the fall), you will be given a full refund less a $100 admin fee. There are no refunds as of the start date of class.

3) Combination offer – above policies apply. In other words, $290 of the combination price is for the self-study version = no refunds. The remainder less a $100 admin fee is refundable if you cancel your registration before the start date of class. No refunds as of the start date of class.
