How it works

How it works:

  1. Book a free health consultation to clarify your health goals and try me out risk-free
  2. Decide if you want to work together for 6-months or 3-months
  3. Decide if you want two 50-minute sessions per month, or four 30-minute sessions per month
  4. Pick a day of the week and time of day for our appointments
  5. On appointment days, you call me at the pre-arranged time and we work through a nutritional plan customized for your goals, health concerns, and lifestyle. (If you’re in the Los Angeles area, we can do sessions in person, schedules permitting.)
  6. After each call, you receive a set of notes, handouts, and a variety of tools to help you incorporate the changes we identified during our session.
